Account Executive:
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic sales people who have a proven track record of being the best of the best in their sales career.  We want top performers with a demonstrated track record of meeting quota (documented), and who will generate new business for Phoenix Internet.  Our culture involves a professional casual environment coupled with informality and lots of fun.  This culture gives  our employees the opportunity to thrive and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Developing account base in their local market by prospecting, setting face-to-face appointments, and closing new accounts
• Generating appointments through market research, telesales and networking
• Generate and maintain strong business relationships with VARs
• Provide monthly Sales Forecasts
• Maintain a customer renewal rate
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of proven success in selling Internet services in the Phoenix market to small and medium sized businesses
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Thorough knowledge of data communications products and services – T-1, ISDN, DSL, Web Hosting, Internet Access. 
• Professional sales characteristics and skills that include: uncompromising ethics and integrity, and versatility in selling to all levels of an organization
