12/01/2008 - Phoenix Internet purchases Kite Networks' Legacy Network expanding wireless coverage to the east valley
08/10/2007 - Phoenix Internet finishes phase 1 of its West Valley Data Center build out.
08/01/2005 - Time Warner Telecom finishes
OC-12 ring build out to Phoenix Internet. The OC-12
will provide Phoenix Internet with the capacity needed
to expand its wireless network reach.
07/26/2005 - Phoenix Internet signs tower
agreement with Crown Castle to extend Phoenix Internet's
wireless network further west. Phoenix Internet
will be able to provide high-speed Internet services
with speeds up to 2Mbps to Avondale, Tolleson, Goodyear,
and Buckeye. Service is expected to begin by the
fall 2005.
08/23/2004 - Phoenix Internet has officially
launched VirtualTone phone service to the Dallas metro
area. VirtualTone is a business-grade Voice over
IP service which provides companies with a robust,
low-cost enterprise voice solution replacing costly PBX
or Centrex service - with the flexibility and durability
of Internet Protocol (IP).
07/23/2004 - Phoenix Internet is on top of
Phoenix, literally. Phoenix Internet has placed a
second wireless node on top of local a Phoenix
mountain. Phoenix Internet now has over 250 square
miles of High-Speed wireless Internet coverage in the
Phoenix metro area.
05/25/2004 - Phoenix Internet signs Partnering
Agreement with Level(3) Communications. The
Agreement allows Phoenix Internet to provide Voice over
IP phone service to its customers and access to
Level(3)s collocation facilities.
03/05/2004 - Phoenix Internet deploys its
first High-Speed fixed point wireless network.
01/05/2003 - Phoenix Internet signs agreement to
lease SDSL and IDSL ports from COVAD Communications
network for nation wide access.
11/01/2002 - Phoenix Internet signs agreement
with SBC to provide ADSL service to the SBCl
territory.
01/01/2002 - Phoenix Internet opens second POP
in the Dallas - Fort Worth metro area in the Infomart.
This POP gives Phoenix Internet the ability to provide
dedicated ISDN Service to the metroplex.
